“Nina Cried Power” takes on the Ellen Show

The “legendary Mavis Staples,” as quoted by Ellen, was joined by Hozier to perform ‘Nina Cried Power’ in a special tv exclusive. The two took the stage with the same fire that is present all throughout the lyrics of this song dedicated to activism.

It truly wasn’t just the song, but also the singing that made this spectacular performance both memorable and moving for everyone in the audience. We are still crying power for this tribute to past activists and brilliant showcase of pure talent.
